Of course. A large share of our customers are from outside Istanbul and abroad. Meetings run online; all systems are set up and managed remotely.

It varies by service: for project-based work (a website, a setup) the contract ends on project delivery. For monthly management services (ads, SEO, content) a reasonable commitment expectation is discussed up front.

Set up correctly, the opposite happens: satisfaction rises because the customer gets an answer within seconds. The assistant does not make things up on topics it does not know and hands complex matters to a human. You can also monitor all conversations and adjust the tone whenever you like.

No. Systems are set up alongside your current setup and are not switched on until testing is complete. Even on switchover day your work continues uninterrupted.

Yes. You do not manage the systems; the systems work for you. Usually all you have to do is reply with one tap to approval messages arriving via WhatsApp or Telegram.

It varies by solution: in systems like AI assistants and collections automation the impact is measured from the first month. Our general rule: any system that does not deliver a measurable result in 30 days is reviewed together.

Yes. Data is processed compliantly, sensitive data is anonymized and the architecture is designed so your data stays under your control. On request we sign a data-processing agreement.

If you need fast results, Google Ads; if you target lasting, cost-free traffic, SEO. For most businesses the right answer is a planned combination of the two: start with ads and reduce ad dependency with SEO.

We recommend, you decide. We propose a realistic starting budget based on sector and competition data and adjust together based on results. Your budget is always spent from your own ad account; it is transparent.

Yes. End-to-end management including content production, posting calendar, ad management and message replies is possible. Content passes through your approval before publishing.

It will not. Before the renewal all content and SEO value (URLs, rankings) is inventoried and preserved with redirects. Migration without rank loss is a standard part of our work.

ERP is modular: you start only with the modules you need (for example pre-accounting + stock). Because it is cloud-based, no server investment is needed either. You add modules as you grow.

Yes. Accounts, stock lists and opening balances are migrated from your existing system (including Excel). You do not enter data from scratch.

Mandatory for businesses over the turnover threshold, and the thresholds are updated every year. If you are in scope, a delay carries an administrative fine. We check your situation free of charge and, if needed, manage the transition end to end.

Yes, it is included in the setup fee. Your team is trained one to one, a guide for common operations is left behind, and we stay by your side in the first weeks.
