What is Vera CRM?
Vera CRM is customer and patient relationship management software built by Vera Bilişim. It brings requests, quotes and patient follow-up together in one panel for clinics, hospitals and health tourism agencies. The health tourism package also covers travel and treatment steps and reports prepared from the institution's records.
Domestic and international patients can be managed in separate flows. Teams follow each patient's stage from the panel. Doctor approval, quote, deposit, appointment and post-treatment follow-up are all part of this workflow.
Who is it for?
It is built for healthcare facilities that treat patients from abroad and for authorized health tourism agencies. Clinics that work only with domestic patients can use it too; the health tourism modules can be turned off while appointments, quotes and reports keep working.
If you have an existing patient list, importing it from an Excel file can be planned together. Your team gets live training during setup, followed by support over WhatsApp and email. The modules to use are chosen together based on the institution's patient flow.
What are the key features?
- Shared inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messages are collected in the panel. Requests from the website form are recorded in the CRM along with their source.
- Multilingual quotes and deposits: The treatment plan approved by the doctor becomes a quote. Quotes can be prepared in different languages and currencies, and a card deposit link can be sent.
- Appointments and follow-up: Doctor approval, the appointment calendar and post-treatment tasks run from the panel, where each step of the patient's journey is tracked.
- Travel plan: Flight, hotel, transfer, interpreter and responsible staff details are kept on one screen, where the health tourism operation is followed.
- Health tourism records: USHAŞ criteria (Turkey's health tourism quality metrics) are calculated from the institution's records. Ready and missing records for the incentive file are listed, and a patient export can be taken for the HealthTürkiye Portal.
- Data security tools: Health data, identity details and files are stored encrypted. Each company's data is kept separate, with tools for consent, audit, export and deletion.
