What is Verasyon?
Verasyon is Vera Bilişim's AI automation brand. It sets up AI assistants on a business's WhatsApp, phone line, Instagram and website. Automations for everyday repetitive work, such as finding customers, answering email and following up on payments, also sit under the Verasyon brand.
The assistant speaks from a knowledge base the business has approved. It takes appointments and requests and hands over to the team when needed. It does not make up answers on topics it does not know; it passes the question to the team. Every conversation is recorded.
Who is it for?
Businesses that answer the same questions every day and handle a high volume of messages and calls. The Verasyon website describes sample setups for clinics and health tourism, beauty centers, e-commerce, hotels, real estate, and manufacturing and B2B.
Your existing number and accounts stay the same. The WhatsApp assistant connects to your own business number and the Instagram assistant to your own business account. You do not need a technical team; account setup and connections are guided step by step.
What are the main solutions?
- WhatsApp assistant: Answers messages to your business number with approved information. Takes appointments and requests, and understands voice messages.
- Voice assistant: Answers calls to your phone line in Turkish. Takes the request and sends a call summary to the team. It is set up by forwarding your line to the assistant.
- Instagram assistant: Handles DMs, comments and story replies. Shares product information and passes conversations close to a sale to the team.
- Website chat assistant: Added to your site with a small code snippet. Answers visitors' questions from your own site content and passes requests to the team. You can try the chat window on verasyon.com.
- Business automations: Document assistant, customer finding, email replies, payment follow-up, review tracking and a reporting dashboard. Each one is set up around how the business works. You keep the approval at every step that needs a decision.

How do you get started?
You start by requesting a demo on the Verasyon website. The first call takes 15 minutes and is free. It covers your business and the kinds of messages and calls you receive. The scope and price then come in a written quote.
During setup, the knowledge base the assistant will use is prepared together: services, opening hours, frequently asked questions. The assistant is tested with real questions and does not go live without your approval. A typical WhatsApp assistant setup takes 1 to 2 weeks.
